Tsadul is a preliminary series of Yantra Yoga exercises that open the subtle channels for energy to flow. In this way, it balances our inner condition, nurturing a calm presence. It combines five dynamic movements and one pranayama or breathing exercise.
Through them, we can release tensions from the superficial levels of the physical body to the more subtle ones.
The course is open to everyone, regardless of previous experience with the method. We will practice Tsadul in its original form, as well as explore variations for those who need adaptations for certain movements, including options to practice on the chair.
