Many people experience small, ongoing discomforts that never fully disappear.
Irregular digestion. Light sleep. Low energy. A quiet sense of imbalance.
These signals can be easy to overlook or hard to understand.
Through Tibetan Medicine, we explore the body more thoroughly — looking beyond symptoms to understand patterns, lifestyle, environment, and the relationship between body and mind.
Our approach offers guidance that can gently accompany other forms of care. It does not replace conventional medicine, but can offer support, especially in understanding ongoing imbalances and in prevention.

Exploring Your Health Through Touch

Reflections by Irina, one of the leading doctors of our school.
“Many of my professors and colleagues during my early years of medical practice in Russia showed me what true dedication to medicine and to people means. Above all, my Tibetan Medicine teacher, Dr. Phuntsog Wangmo, has had a deep impact on my medical training and understanding of health and illness, shaping not only the way I practice medicine today but also the way I live my life.
Hearing people say that they are free from pain, sleeping better, or simply feeling more at ease continues to inspire me.
It is written in our Tibetan medicine textbook that a doctor should treat patients as their own children: always compassionate, kind, humble, and never manipulative. I always try to live and treat patients by this principle.
It is also important for us to share that the healing process is always a collaboration between doctor and patient. Doctors do their best to carefully assess each patient, provide guidance, design treatments, and support them throughout the healing process, but patients also have their own responsibility: not only to listen, but also to take an active part in their own healing. Without this shared effort, an important aspect of the healing process is lost.
As a healer, I remain open to learning new things. I am patient and deeply committed.”
