H. E. Garchen Rinpoche

His Eminence Garchen Rinpoche is among the foremost Buddhist masters and accomplished Tibetan Lamas alive today. His legendary compassion, love, wisdom, and spiritual attainments set him apart. He holds a position of great esteem within the Drikung Kagyu Lineage of Tibetan Buddhism and is loved and respected by practitioners across various Buddhist traditions. Renowned globally for his boundless kindness and immeasurable compassion, Garchen Rinpoche ranks among the world's most authentic spiritual masters.

In 1997, Garchen Rinpoche visited the United States for the first time and subsequently established his main center, the Garchen Buddhist Institute, in Arizona. He also founded numerous other centers in North America, Europe, Asia, and South America.

Through his profound realizations, authentic blessings, and unwavering dedication to the path of compassion, Garchen Rinpoche continues to inspire and guide countless individuals on their spiritual journeys.

Dr. Phuntsog Wangmo

Dr. Phuntsog received her advanced degree from the prestigious Lhasa University School of Traditional Medicine in 1988.

She dedicated numerous years to serving as a Tibetan Medicine practitioner in Eastern Tibet.

Her remarkable work included collaboration with A.S.I.A., the non-profit organization initiated by Professor Namkhai Norbu. Her contributions involved establishing hospitals and training centers in the remote regions of Sichuan Province and Chamdo Prefecture. In 2007, she co-founded the American Tibetan Medical Association (ATMA), a national organization in the United States dedicated to representing and advancing the Tibetan medical profession. Since 2012, Dr. Phuntsog Wangmo assumed the role of International Director of the Shang Shung School of Tibetan Medicine with programs across the United States, Russia, and Europe.
