According to Tibetan tradition, the mind, body, and energy are three interconnected aspects of our being. In a world full of constant stimulation, it is easy to lose clarity, focus, and presence. When the mind becomes calmer and more stable, we naturally experience greater awareness, sharper memory, and a deeper capacity to engage with life. Combining the wisdom of Tibetan Medicine with Mindfulness practices, this workshop offers practical tools to cultivate a clear, steady mind and support both meditation and daily activities. Meditation and beyond.
