A time-tested wisdom and practical tools for men’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being
Men’s health care faces many challenges: from unhealthy lifestyles to rigid gender stereotypes that underlies the notion of masculinity (such as strength, independence, self-sufficiency, power, virility, among others).
These and other circumstances influence how men perceive their health and well-being. It can be difficult for them to take care of themselves and even to value comprehensive health (mental, physical, and emotional) as an important aspect to consider.
Our upcoming workshop, “Men’s Health According to Tibetan Medicine,” with Dr. Phunstog Wangmo, offers loving support and care to men through time-tested wisdom and practical advice from Traditional Tibetan Medicine.
Our aim is to inspire participants to incorporate the principles they learn into their daily lives, whether they are healthcare practitioners or individuals seeking a more compassionate way of living. Tibetan Medicine adopts a integrative approach with Western medicine to address the complex health challenges of our modern society.
