Chudlen is a well-known medicinal practice in Traditional Tibetan Medicine for absorbing the essence of the five elements. This Chudlen formula uses deeply nourishing and restorative ingredients, prepared in concentrated forms. Garlic Ghee Chudlen is one of the simplest and most potent formulas described in the classical texts of Tibetan Medicine. This preparation soothes the overactive Wind Element of our body and mind. The Wind Element governs our neurological system and is also connected to the cardiorespiratory system. Medicinal Garlic Ghee deeply nourishes and restores our vitality, and promotes good sleep, calmness, clarity as well as overall health and longevity. It also boosts immunity, prevents respiratory diseases, and promotes healthy digestion.
Chang is the traditional drink of the Tibetan region, produced from locally available crops. In this workshop, you will learn to prepare medicinal Chang made with honey. “Brang Chang” – drinks based on fermented honey is a very ancient traditional Tibetan medicine. It is beneficial for all types of Wind Element imbalances, especially for the one on the bones. It is good for all age and gender groups, and it is particularly beneficial for women in menopause.
