Diet

A Three-Level Professional Training Program

Nutrition as a Path to Health

According to Tibetan Medicine, nutrition is the first step in caring for health and preventing imbalance.

Nutrition is not simply about choosing healthy foods. It is about understanding that each person has different nutritional needs. The most appropriate diet responds to each individual’s constitution, digestive capacity, age, environment, the season, and current state of health.

Beyond the choice of foods, Tibetan Medicine also considers how food is prepared, its temperature, taste, the use of spices, and the relationship between food and daily rhythms. Together, these principles offer a practical and personalized approach to nourishing the body and supporting balance in everyday life.

In this course, you will learn the fundamental principles of Tibetan nutrition and discover how to apply them in a practical way for yourself, your family, or in your professional practice.

According to Tibetan Medicine, many imbalances begin with indigestion. This is why nutrition is considered one of the first and most important ways to care for health. The choices we make every day can shape how we feel, function, and live.

What Makes This Training Unique

This is not simply an introduction to nutrition. It is a progressive exploration of the principles of Tibetan Medicine and their practical application, making it an ideal program for anyone interested in exploring Tibetan Medicine in greater depth.

Throughout the training, students develop a deeper understanding of Tibetan nutrition, learning not only the theoretical foundations but also how to apply this knowledge in real-life situations. Rather than simply receiving information, students learn to understand the principles of Tibetan nutrition and apply them in meaningful ways.

The program is guided by an experienced team of teachers and practitioners who accompany students throughout the learning process, offering guidance and sharing their knowledge with dedication and care.
